i have a 6.3 liter fishtank with an airater and 3 fish and i changed the gravel and the water and all that yesterday, but today it is really murky still and i dont know what to do could you help me?

sounds like you need a better filter system. if your not using a charcoal filter you should be and if you are i suggest a larger size may be needed. what many people do not think about is not always is it the size of the tank but how many fish you have as well. or the size of the fish.
I use distilled bottled water in my tanks as I find tap water has too many chemicals which also can cloud the water.
That probably means that either you need to get a new filter or that means you just simply need to actually clean the fish tank rather than just change the water.
There are either bacteria or algae in it. Let the filter clean it, and change the fiberglass and charcoal in it.
if you did a 1/3, 1/4 or 1/2 change,
do a 2/3 change
That is normal. The water needs to "age".How much of the water did you change out? It should be no more than 25%.
well first do you have a filter if yes have you put a new sponge in it 2nd do you have stones in the bottom is so get one of those tubes that suck the stones up and clean them forgive me for not knowing the name of it 3rd try getting the fish food that helps not to discolour the water
Assuming you mean 'a dark greyish cloud, in a stable tank', you might want to vacuum your gravel (not just rinsing it out. and please, with a fish-tank vacuum, not a shop-vac) as fish-poo and decomposed food is now floating about in your water. A 2/3's water change, if not a complete change, as well as cleaning/replacing the filter, would be best.
If you mean 'a light greyish fog, in a new tank', give it a few days, maybe a week, and it'll clear up. Check your pH, ammonia, and other chemicals, and balance them out to speed up the process.
If you mean 'a fog the same color as my gravel, in my new tank'. go wash your gravel again. You didn't get all the dust out.
DO NOT CHANGE THE WATER
YOu keep taking out the bactirea that the tank needs to run. Clean water is not heathly water for fish. You have right now what is called new tank syndrom. Just leave it alone or you are going to kill your fish.
What you need to do is go to the store and get Aqua Safe. Its an additve that you put in your tank to help the cycle. You should also see if you can find Biozyme. Its a natral ecosystem that you can add to the tank to help the cycle.
Do this everyday until the tank is no longer murky: Pull only about 10% of the water ever day and repalce it adding the Aquasafe as stated on the back of the bottle. DO NOT clean out the rocks.
You should only clean the rocks once a week but I would wait about 2 weeks befroe you do. Also you do not want to pull the rocks out and wash them. You need to get a gravel vac and use it.
The more water you take out the worse your tank will get. Also Try not to over feed that will not help in the matter

It could be that you are not cleaning the gravel effectively. Gravel will hold dirt, old food, and excretions from the fish. Make sure you wash it effectively without using chemicals.
Another possibility could be that you are over feeding your fish the instructions on my Goldfish's food says only put in as much as the fish can consume in several minutes. Too much food will cloud water quickly.
Another possibility could be impurities in the new water. Try a product designed to neutralize chemicals like Chlorine and Fluoride that is added to tap water. Jungle works well and is available at a local pet shop for only a few dollars. Just be careful to not over use it.
Well did you put water Condenser. If you dont know what it is its something for the fish water. Put like a few drops in the water when ur done cleaning the fish tank and when the waters in there. I hope this helps..

it is normal if you poured more water in then all the waste will come up wait for a couple days it should calm down if not test the water and add some cloudless water chemical this helps me everytime with my tank

6.3 liters converts to only 1.7 us gallons. You are massively overstocked. It is murkey because nitrifying bacteria is trying to multiply itself to handle the amount of ammonia the fish are excreting. When a tank gets murky/cloudy, it will clear up on its own in 3-6 weeks but during the time you will have a spike in ammonia, then it will go down to zero, then a spike in nitrites then it will go down to zero, then your nitrates will be established but you will need to do regular partial waterchanges to keep the nitrates under 40ppm. However your tank is too small for those 3 fish and they will die when the ammonia spikes. The tank is too small to keep stable and the only fish that should be put in a tank that small is a single male betta and the tank will need to be changed once a week. I hope to god you dont have goldfish in that size tank, goldfish need 10 gallons per baby/juvenile fat fancy goldfish, 20 gallons per baby /juvenile long bodied goldfish and an adult will need atleast 50 gallons PER fish.
