And I wash it with soap and put some bleach in the mix, Will this harm my fish? The rocks where fairly clean when I got them.

Put them in a bucket and let the water run in it for at least half and hour. Then let it stand in the tank for two days to be safe.

just make sure that they are seriously, rinsed off cuz then it will kill ur fishies.
Bleach? Soap? You are crazy! Just wash them with some water!
DO NOT WASH ANYTHING WITH SOAP THAT YOU PLAN TO PUT IN WITH FISH!
They will be dead before you can say "what the hell happened"?!?!?!?!
you should wash again in plain water,NO SOAP OR BLEACH%26lt; then let air dry before you put in tank
