i got tadpoles?

Answers:
Pet stores sell food for them but if they are in a new container which has no nitrifying bacteria growth in it they will be very sensitive to the water quality. You will need to change half of the water every day for the first few days, then every other day for a week. They require lots of oxygen for their size so you should aerate the water.

i had tadpoles 2 but when they became frogs we let them go into the neighbors pond we fed them fish food because they would not eat nothing else!

I had a bull frog tadpole and a couple other kinds, when they finally turned to frogs. well like I said HAD. They are little but, jump like fleas. Houdini fleas!! It didn't end well. I had their tank covered with a screen etc. but they are slick (in many ways!) . The bullfrog was great! They take a while to change into a frog, neat to watch, but get a good cover when they get close to their froghood! Good luck! buy a book on frogs or check the internet.
