I have a small little aquarium, with three fish in it.?

I have an aquarium with three tropical fish in it. Even though the tank has a filter, do I need to clean it out every week anyways?
Answers:
Remove and replace 30% of the water with a gravel washer every other week. Using bottled spring water would be the best possible choice. Rinse out your filter media when it becomes clogged a few times before replacing it completely as it has many beneficial bacteria living on it.

i believe you will still need to clean it out, but im unsure at how often.
I would change about 1/4 of the water every week. too much cleaning will stress the fish!
Yes, but only clean or change 25 % each time. Try to keep in mind that these fish only have what is given to them. Meaning this is the house and there bathroom and everything else. So changing 25% at weekly intervals is not that bad is it? The filter works better when it is dirty I would only clean that out every two to three weeks this will lighten your parental load a bit. I hope that this helped.
change 25% of the water every 2 weeks
yes depending how small the tank is and how messy the fish are you need to change the water every week
yes
Yeah you do.
Not necessary. Depending on the size of the tank (And good for you for having some sort of biological/mechanical filter on it) all you need to do is make sure that your tank is fully cycled (another topic that we can discuss offline if you like) and to do regular water changes after that.

How big is this tank? Is there live or plastic plants in it (also any rocks, wood, etc.). Is there gravel or some sort of substrate in it? What kind of fish are in there? These are important questions that need answers to give you a better idea on the most optimum maintenance routine.
ya
Umm, you can clean the water once in 2 weeks. Fish die of shock caused due to water change, so just keep it smooth.
No Every 6 Months.
